amazing pressure perfect room friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. I received confirmation of my reservation and arrival details via WhatsApp a few days before my arrival. The room size was perfect, and everything seemed recently renovated and in great condition. I especially liked the water pressure. It was amazing.

The hotel corridors on my floor were noisy. I heard sounds of bin bags and loud radios at all times.

The staff displayed amazing professionalism and kindness. My upgrade to the Superior Double Room greatly enhanced my comfort. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided daily.

I noted the absence of a telephone in the room, made contacting reception more challenging. This added an unnecessary step when I needed assistance.

the staff helped me with directions. my room had a good size safe for my valuables. housekeeping came daily and restocked toiletries. the bed did include four pillows.

the elevator moved a bit slow.

quiet neighbourhood comfortable bed friendly staff

The location was great. It was a short walk to the park and many hotspots. I found the neighborhood to be very quiet (a welcome change!). The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The air conditioning in heating mode did not work well.
